Special Event / Holiday Cancel All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival by 3 p.m. PST to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Cancellation requests via voice message or email will not be accepted. Cancellation requests for reservations made via a third-party or online travel agency (Expedia, Booking.com etc.) must be made by contacting the agency and not the Inn.

Standard Guarantee One night’s stay deposit plus tax, including any additional booking options, is charged 7 days prior to arrival. Declined credit card will result in loss of reservation.
Terms & Conditions Check-in is 3:00 PM-6:00 PM. Checkout time 11:00 AM. Late checkout charges may apply. Rates subject to change. Smoking policy: All rooms are non-smoking. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed. By booking this reservation, you agree that any violations of either policy will result in a $250 fee charged to your credit card. Cancellation policy: Cancellations or modification requests will not be accepted via email or voice messages. cancellations must be accompanied by a valid cancellation number. Early checkout is only available on stays of 3 nights or more, in which case a $75 flat fee will be charged. Late checkout – $25.00 fee for checkout past 11:30 AM (no later than 2:00 PM, and subject to availability).  $15 fee charged for guaranteed early check-in of noon; requires prior arrangement with live agent (request is not accepted by voice message or email.)  Any modifications or change requests made on reservations booked through a third-party or online travel agency (Expedia, Booking.com etc.) must be made with the agency and not the Inn.
