CALISTOGA WINE COUNTRY WELLNESS PACKAGE(S)

Brannan Cottage Inn is the ideal lodging choice for your stay in Calistoga in any season. For the next 6 months (until the end of July, 2009) we are teaming with the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce and selected Calistoga wineries, restaurants, and spas to provide a complete package of enjoyment, relaxation and fun—the Calistoga Wine Country Wellness Packages. We are conveniently located on the northeast side of Calistoga, and within walking distance from our package partners.

In addition to comfortable and convenient lodging, we provide our deluxe, multi-course breakfast each day starting at 7 am, with a hot entrée available from 8 AM until about 9:30 AM. To contribute to your full enjoyment of the Calistoga/Wine Country experience, we have teamed with the following partners to offer you the best of the Napa Valley:

Two Day, One Night Package

$479.00 (per couple—weekdays, Sunday thru Thursday) includes lodging in one of our three standard one bedroom accommodations in the main, historic building at Brannan Cottage Inn and all of the services below.

• Lavender Hill Spa-Couples bath treatment of your choice (one hour) and one-hour therapeutic massages (for both individuals) at one of our most relaxing, Asian-themed spas.

• Flat Iron Grill or Bar Vino Restaurants-Calistoga's best Three Course Dinners (with choice of appetizers, entrees, and desert from special daily menu) at two of our favorite restaurants in town.

• Lava Vine Winery and Sterling Vineyards-Specially designed wine tastings for two with additional features: Vineyard tour at Lava Vine, and Gondola ride and VIP tour of winery at Sterling. Experience two widely different approaches to making fine Napa Valley wines.

Three Day, Two Night Packages

If you desire to stay longer, we also have the Three Day, Two Night Package at $749.00 per couple (weekdays) or $809.00 per couple (weekends). This package includes two nights at Brannan Cottage Inn, all of the items above (and the associated 'small print'), plus:

• Madrigal Vineyards (tasting for two in the VIP room with a vinery tour)
• August Briggs Winery (tasting for two with a winery tour and barrel tasting)
• Zahtila Winery (tasting with the winemaker)
• Tudal Winery (tasting with the winemaker and a tour of the winery)
• Calistoga Cellars (tasting for two in the downtown tasting room)
• Vincent Arroyo Winery (tasting for two in the cellar with JJ and/or Bodega-Vincent's dogs).

A second three course dinner for two at one of the other fine restaurant partners-All Seasons Bistro, Brannan's Grill, or the Hydro Grill.

SUMMER IN THE WINE COUNTRY

We have chosen to extend our popular "Spring in the Wine Country Special" into the glorious Napa summertime. From July 1, 2009 to July 31, 2009, save 15% off on the second night of a two night weekday (Sunday through Thursday) stay at Brannan Cottage Inn. Just mention this special by name when you make your reservation. If you stay a third day, we'd be pleased to give you a 30% discount on the third weekday of your stay.

JULY 4th WEEKEND SPECIAL

July 4th Weekend is Napa County Fair Weekend here in Calistoga. It always includes the usual county fair events, celebrity entertainment, the wonderful Silverado Parade down Lincoln Avenue (Calistoga's Main Street), and, of course, the July 4 fireworks show. Check the website again in the near future for the Fair "Theme," the celebrity entertainment schedule, hours and prices and any Brannan Cottage Inn specials for the weekend.

Along with all the usual benefits of a weekend stay at our comfortable and charming Inn, it has become a Brannan Cottage Inn tradition to watch the Fireworks from the Fairgrounds (this year they are on Saturday, July 4) from the back parking lot at the Inn with Champagne and a decadent dessert from Penelope Jane Pastries provided by Doug and Judy - Please join us for the entire weekend!!!

ON-SITE/IN ROOM MASSAGE

Due to popular demand we have added a wonderful additional service at our Inn. Effective December 27, 2008, we now offer On-Site/In-Room massages and facials. You can experience a massage from two of the best masseur/masseuses in Calistoga in your room or on the patio (in warmer weather).

All massage and facial services are 10% off if combined with any of our current specials.

• 30 Minute Take a Break Massage - Need to recharge your body? Take a Break to enjoy a targeted massage on either your back, neck and shoulders, or your legs and feet. $ 75.00 per person

• 60 Minute Classic Massage - Relieve stress and tension with our full body massage. This massage will help improve circulation and restore emotional balance. Leaves your mind settled and your body relaxed. (Deep tissue available for an additional $15.00). $ 100.00 per person

• 60 Minute Sport Massage - Specialty massage for those actively involved in sports. This massage will loosen tightened muscles, and leave you felling totally refreshed and energized. $110.00 per person

• 75 Minute Stress Relief Massage - This massage includes a full body massage along with extended foot massage for those tired achy feet. $ 125.00 per person

• 90 Minute Ultimate Massage - Starts you off with a eucalyptus invigorating foot soak, full body massage and a 15 minute refresher facial. $ 150.00 per person

• Couples Massages - Enjoy a romantic therapeutic 60 minute massage together in our beautiful private rooms for two. $ 85.00 per person

• Additional Therapeutic Services:

  • Mini Facial (15 min) - Includes a cleanser, wrinkle serum, and moisturizer, and mini facial massage. $40.00

  • Refresher Facial (45 min) - Includes a cleanser, enzyme masque, ultimate face lift, wrinkle serum, and moisturizer, along with a pressure point facial massage. $70.00

Just let us know which services you desire (and your desired date and time of service) at time of reservation or at least one day prior to your arrival, and we will make all the arrangements for your total relaxation at Brannan Cottage Inn.

Friday Evening Winery Tasting Schedule

One of the traditions we’ve started at the Inn, and one that’s been a very big success with our guests, friends and other oenophiles, has been the wonderful Friday (and sometimes Thursday, Saturday or Sunday) evening presence (typically from 5:30 to 7 pm in the summer, and a little earlier during the winter) of a knowledgeable and fun representative from one of our local wineries. They typically bring several bottles of 2 or more examples of the winemaker’s art for sharing with our guests, we provide appetizers and the patio or a fire in the parlor, and we all get to know each other better, along with the wine varieties of the evening.

We've begun scheduling our favorite wineries "with characters" for the 2009 season. As an example of the wineries who visit, our initial 2009 Schedule is summarized below:

These wineries, and many others within a few minutes driving distance from the Inn, also provide complimentary or discounted wine tasting "coupons" for our guests' use. Please feel free to check with the Innkeepers for recommendations based on your preferences in terms of varietals, winery type and size, tours and/or tasting, other attractions (art, photography, dogs, views, etc.

Swimming Pool/Hot Tub Access and Spa Treatment Specials at Golden Haven Hot Springs Spa

We now are pleased to offer our guests the ability to swim or take a hot tub at one of our nearby spa facilities (about 3 blocks away) between the hours of 8:30 am to 10 pm. All you'll need is swimming suit, room key, and a towel (provided by BCI). Special Guest Daily Rates At Fitness First

Calistoga’s finest workout space/gym, Fitness First (located downtown off Washington Street behind the Post Office and Fire Station—4 blocks away), has extended a special rate offer for our guests who might desire some exercise to work off our breakfasts, Napa Valley’s finest lunches and dinners, and (maybe) some wine drinking. Save $3 per day off the regular daily rate of $12 (weekdays) or $15 (weekends) by just mentioning Brannan Cottage Inn. Ask Doug or Judy for the details.
