Judy's Banana Bread

• 1/2 cup Crisco butter shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 ripe bananas
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Mix Crisco, sugar and eggs; add bananas - mix in; add flour and baking soda.

Grease bread pan(s); but in pans and bake at 350º degree oven for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
